Hi, I’m Sue Anfang

As a specialist, I have taken extensive training in issues relating to Seniors housing. As a matter of fact, I hold not one but two specialty designations in the field. I understand a move now is different, because you are different than the last time you may have moved. My training, coupled with my extensive experience helping people in situations just like yours makes things go much more smoothly and worry free for you and your family.

Why did I choose to specialize? Working with several family members, I saw a gap in the market - a Realtor who looked at this type of move holistically. Many Agents focus on the transaction (the purchase or sale) without consideration of the other parts involved and why they are different at this stage of life!

Experience

Like many Realtors, this is not my first career. Before real estate I worked in Marketing and Advertising for over 20 years working at companies like IBM, Coca-Cola & McCann Ericson Advertising. I bring the passion I have for marketing to every property I sell!

I have been in Real Estate for over 15 years. I began working with a high-producing team than branched out on my own. There are over 60,000 Realtors in the GTA, but most of them average only 1-2 transactions a year.

I generally do 20 - 25 transactions a year, putting me in the top 20% of my brokerage. Over my career in real estate I have closed hundreds of deals. This experience allows me to anticipate and solve issues that may come up in a real estate tranaction before they become an issue! I have experience in buying, selling and leasing homes and condos.

Accreditation and Training

As well as having helped many Toronto families, I have invested hundreds of hours of training to obtain special designations, including:

Pivotal ASA - Pivotal Acredited Seniors Agent. Canada’s premier designation for Real Estate professionals working with seniors and their families.

SRES - The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) is specialty training to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. This is a designation provided by NAR - the National Association of Realtors, also available to Canadian Realtors

MCNE - Masters in Real Estate Negotiation. Real Estate’s Premiere Negotiation designation. Having completed mastery of fundamentals of negotiation, and sellers’ and buyers’ specialty courses, the MCNE puts me in an elite group of Realtors.

Legal Assistant Certificate - to top it off, I have a legal assistant certification which compliments my Real Estate Training.

There are only a handful of Realtors in Canada with all 3 designations
